San Carlos Getting Major Office Addition

Windy Hill Property Ventures has some serious office plans for San Carlos. The firm would like to build a 560,000-square-foot office complex in the city, which would reportedly be the largest of its type in the locale.

The project is being called Meridian 25, to highlight that it is 25 miles from both San Francisco and San Jose.

Windy Hill hopes is just starting its first ground-up development, in San Mateo. The leaders of this firm have several years of commercial real estate experience in several development and acquisition ventures.
