San Bernardino’s World Plaza Sells For $10 Million
A private Los Angeles-area investor purchased Presidio Property Trust, Inc.’s World Plaza in San Bernardino for $10 million. Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors represented Presidio Property Trust in the sale of the 55,810-square-foot multi-tenant retail property at 1535 East Highland Ave.
“We generated multiple, competitive offers and procured a private Los Angeles-based buyer familiar with both the Inland Empire market and the health club industry,” Hanley Investment Group’s Executive Vice President Matt Burnett said. “The property, which was remodeled in 2018 to accommodate a new 36,000-square-foot Chuze Fitness, was 100 percent leased with 90 percent of the property occupied by corporate, credit tenants.”
Brian Heron of Commercial Retail Associates in Modesto, California, represented the buyer. The tenants at the retail property include: Chuze Fitness, the County of San Bernardino, Citizen’s Bank, Mother’s Nutrition, Five Keys School, a dental office and Inland Empire Pharmacy.
