
San Bernardino Neighborhood Center Sells for $20M
Seley Plaza, a 159,324-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in San Bernardino, CA traded hands for more than $20 million. Newman International, LLC, a private investor, acquired the asset from a joint venture comprised of Robhana Group and SAFCO Capital Corporation for $125-per-square-foot.
Located just south of the 210 freeway at 2002-2383 E. Highland Ave., the open-air retail shopping center was built in 1980. The property is 91% occupied by 21 tenants, including 99 Cents Only, Rite Aid Pharmacy, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree, Chase Bank, Rent-A-Center, Western Dental, Del Taco, and Goodyear Tire.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Max Wang and John Griffin represented the buyer. Cushman & Wakefield’s Dixie Walker and Charley Simpson represented the seller.
