Property Commerce has acquired two-thirds of the Terrell Plaza shopping center. The neighboring Target store was not part of the deal. Other anchors include Petco and Ross Dress for Less. The complex is 96% leased, according to marketing materials from JLL. The two parcels are located at 1201 and 1235 Austin Highway. 

The San Antonio Business Journal reports the two sites have an assessed value of about $21.8 million. SITE Centers was the seller. The company has held the property since 2008.

The property was represented on the seller’s side by JLL’s Ryan West and Joe Indlli.
