San Antonio’s Mixed-Use Creamery Adds Law Firms and Five Restaurant Choices
It’s a lot more fun than self storage. The Creamery building on 875 East Ashby was a drab industrial building until AREA Real Estate and Embrey Partners got their hands on it. Now, eager consumers will see five new restaurants (and two law firms) being planned to come online in the spring and summer. The $100 million project will also be the spot for the 338-unit Tin Top luxury apartments.
The five restaurant concepts — Hook, Amelia Tapas & Wine, Lunatique, Creme Coffee and Easy Baby — all seek to offer different atmospheres and menu options. Hook will be a seafood restaurant. Lunatique a rooftop bar. Easy Baby, a speakeasy-style artisan pizza restaurant with an elevated mixology program and a variety of live music acts.
Law firms Carabin & Shaw and Watts Guerra are both set to move into the building this summer, expecting to occupy a total of about 34,000 square feet.
