San Antonio’s Koontz Corporation Breaks Ground on 374,000 Square Foot Industrial Park

The spec development will be called the Westport Industrial Park Project on the towns westside. It will be built in two phases, both with two buildings a piece and each phase will have an identical 187,200 square feet under roof. It’s expected to be open for business by February 2023. “With the San Antonio industrial market vacancy growth tightening to a record low 3.6%, we’re pleased to contribute to the City’s bustling economic growth,” said Bart Koontz.

The site has speedy access to I-410 and I-10 and once completed it will have 24 feet clear height, natural lighting, 130 foot truck court, 23 dock doors. and significant onsite parking.
