San Antonio to See 360-Unit Mixed-Income Community
The Lynd Group is expecting to spend $30 million on the community, which will offer a range of floor plans from one to three-bedrooms, averaging out at about 850 square feet. There will be multiple three story buildings and the entire project under roof will amount to 406,000 square feet.
Lynd is partnering with the San Antonio Housing Authority. The development will consist of 180 market-rate units and 180 affordable units for residents earning 80% or less of the areas median income. It will be located in the Far West San Antonio submarket
Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, outdoor grilling and a DJ booth. Construction will wrap in late 2024.
