Forefront Living is livening up the senior-living sector. The company is planning a project that emphasizes wellness services and resort-like amenities.

Bella Vida at La Cantera is slated for a 21-acre site near the La Cantera Resort & Spa. It will include more than 150 independent-living apartment homes and 40 villas with attached garages, with a variety of floor plans ranging from 820 to 2,550 square feet. 

The San Antonio Business Journal reports Forefront Living said the development will also offer a variety of amenities, including a salon and spa, fitness center, sports courts, casual fine dining, an indoor swimming pool, a walking trail and wellness programming. 

Bella Vida at La Cantera will offer a flexible service program allowing residents to customize their service package based on their preferences and lifestyle. The facility will provide access to a wellness concierge service for residents who may require future care or additional assistance.

Bella Vida at La Cantera is slated to open in 2026.
