CBRE lands lease deal with Union Pacific industrial site

Massive San Antonio Logistics Leasing Deal Goes to CBRE

CBRE has been awarded the leasing assignment for multiple build-to-suit industrial opportunities in southwest San Antonio. These opportunities will provide tenants with direct access to Union Pacific Railroad’s 32,000-mile network and markets across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

The site boasts 657 developable acres within the San Antonio Logistics Park, an industrial logistics and manufacturing park co-located with Union Pacific’s San Antonio Intermodal Terminal (SAIT). It is located directly on the Interstate 35 corridor, connecting San Antonio, Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Mexico and the rest of the U.S.

Union Pacific owns the site and has partnered with Panattoni Development Company to develop the industrial park which will have direct rail service and intermodal access. At full buildout, the site could accommodate over 7 million square feet of industrial and logistics space.

Josh Aguilar, Rob Burlingame, and Brad O’Neill of CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics group in San Antonio will lead the industrial park’s marketing efforts.
