Tesla-rented San Antonio industrial building bought by Mohr Capital

San Antonio Industrial Building With Big Name Tenant Changes Hands

Tesla has well over a million square feet under lease in industrial buildings throughout Texas. One industrial project buyer must think that adds value to the facility. Mohr Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm, has added the 439,809-square-foot Foster Ridge II industrial property to its portfolio. The building is fully leased to Tesla. 

Mohr Capital’s Rodrigo Godoi added, “This was a great opportunity to acquire a brand-new mission-critical industrial facility below replacement cost that is one hundred percent leased to a great tenant like Tesla.” 

Foster Ridge II is located at 7015 Lancer Blvd., San Antonio, Texas and was built in 2022. Mohr Capital purchased the property from Becknell Industrial. JLL’s Dustin Volz led a team who represented the seller. Rodrigo Godoi negotiated the transaction on behalf of Mohr Capital.
