San Antonio Home Sales Increase by 17% (Infographic)

San Antonio home sales continued strong, with a total of 2,848 sold in April 2018. According to metrics from the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), the total sales represented a 17% increase from April 2017’s 2,443 total. The month ended with 2,881 sales still pending, and a continued low inventory of 3.4 months.

“While it’s true that the low inventory means homes are high in demand, there are still many properties available for sale at a variety of price points,” said Lorena Peña, SABOR’s 2018 Chairman of the Board. “For those looking to buy, just know that you’ll need to be ready to make a quick decision. You can prepare by making sure you know your priorities and getting pre-approved.”
