Community Impact reports you can get on the list for Shavano Garage Condominiums, a 39-unit luxury development being developed for vehicle enthusiasts.

Under construction at 13951 Indian Woods near Shavano Park, the complex will contain 1,000- to 2,000-square-foot, climate-controlled units for sale and built to accommodate various motorsport vehicles.

The complex is dedicated to automotive enthusiasts and their collection, with space and amenities meant to serve the owners’ vehicular hobby and work activities.

Shavano Garage Condominiums will be an enclosed gated community featuring security, outdoor lighting and fencing, condo representatives said.

Vehicle owners will have access to a clubhouse and lounge containing indoor/outdoor entertaining areas, lounge area, kitchen, bar, two full bathrooms and covered vehicle display parking.

Vehicle owners will have 24-hour access and may come and go as they please.
