Embrey has closed on the land for the company’s second single family rental development project. Collection Champions Circle will be located in Fort Worth. The 22.9 acre property will feature 276 one, two and three-bedroom options in a duplex style.

Embrey will include a clubhouse, resort-style pool and on-site property management. While the developers believe the community will appeal to people who want the single-family home without the mortgage, they had a few distinct groups in mind when they created the project, “This is a particularly attractive option for young families, pet owners and empty-nesters,” said Embrey’s Jeremy Williams.

Embrey is the general contractor and will oversee construction on the project.
