Sam Moon Group Advancing 397-Unit Shenandoah Apartment Project

The Sam Moon Group (SMG) is developing the Residences at Metropark, a 307-unit Class A luxury apartment project located in Shenandoah, Texas. The housing development is set to open for leasing in the summer of 2027, with move-ins beginning in late 2027. The development will feature a pool, outdoor courtyards, a fitness center and 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The complex will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and monthly rent will start at $1,600. 

Shenandoah is located north of Houston and adjacent to The Woodlands, TX, and is a 25-minute drive from George W. Bush International Airport. 

The Property is part of Metropark Square, SMG’s 70-acre master-planned development that consists of restaurant, retail, and entertainment tenants, anchored by AMC Theatres, Dave & Buster’s, and a Hyatt House Hotel.

SMG has put together a development team with Domain Builders as the General Contractor, JHP as the Architect, and Kimley Horn as the Civil Engineer. Greystar will be the Property Manager.
