It’s been ten years in the making, but soon restarateur Sam Fox will be able to open the doors of Phoenix’s latest luxury hotel, the Global Ambassador. And as one might expect the hotel is going to have its share of unique culinary options, not only for hotel guests but for locals who have been drawn to the many Fox restaurant offerings in the last 20 years.

The restaurants include a Parisian steakhouse, a patisserie, an eatery serving Mexican and Peruvian-inspired dishes, a Mediterranean rooftop restaurant and a lobby bar. Additionally, the hotel will feature the Global Ambassador Club, a members-only club with private restaurant, The Grill. 

The 141-room hotel in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood is being developed by Fox’s company Author & Edit Hospitality. The Global Ambassador is part of a bigger 17-acre, $300 million mixed-use The Grove project at the northwest corner of Camelback Road and 44th Street in Phoenix. The hotel will open this November.
