Salus Group has completed its $33.3-million disposition of the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command Center of Operations, a 114,045 square-foot national security related facility in Suffolk, VA.

Will Bradley and Mark Williford of Colliers represented Salus Group, a firm that owns and operates mission-critical, secure facilities leased long-term by select US governmental agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

The property, 115 Lake View Parkway, is located in a multi-building, secure naval operations campus and sits in immediate proximity to 15+ military installations in one of the most dense military geographies in the US.

“The asset received strong interest from a variety of capital profiles who were attracted to the asset and tenancy characteristics in today’s market, including the strong U.S. Government’s credit rating and the highly unique security and infrastructure attributes that will support U.S. Department of Defense’s operations in the building for the long-term,” said Bradley.
