Saltmeadow, Runnymede Corp., Snag 91K-SF Raleigh Office Building

Saltmeadow LLC and The Runnymede Corp. have acquired Carolina Corporate Centre, a 91,709-square-foot office building in Raleigh. The sales price was undisclosed.

Located at 5400 Glenwood Ave., Carolina Corporate Centre is 98% leased to a mix of tenants including law firms, insurance providers, mortgage lenders and tech-focused companies.

David Finger and Sara Owen of Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh office, along with Samir Idris of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office, represented the seller, The Simpson Organization, in the transaction.

“Since acquiring the building in 2016, The Simpson Organization invested significant capital in new on-site amenities and common areas resulting in an increase from 80% leased to 98% leased in just three years,” said Finger.
