Saltbox Opens Second Co-Working Warehouse Facility in Carrollton

Saltbox is expanding its North Texas presence with a new facility in Carrollton for its small business users looking for a combination of co-working and warehousing space. The facility will have 169 flexible storage spaces and 10 office spaces. Tenants have access to loading docks and a photo studio.

Located at 1501 Randolph Street off Interstate 35E, the new Saltbox facility is 128,000 square feet – about twice the size of the first location. Like co-working offices, the spaces offer tenants the ability to scale up or down their presence as needed.

“They’re moving out of their basements, garages, or self-storage facilities,” Says SaltBox’s Tyler Scriven said. “It allows them to run their business much more efficiently. Most of them sell goods to consumers online.”

In addition to space to operate their business, Saltbox provides its customers with the labor they need, shipping services and other offerings. Scriven hopes to have 14 up and going by year end.
