Saltbox Opens First Location on the West Coast

The Modern Warehouse Company, Saltbox, has expanded to Seattle. With a 27,000-square-foot facility in Atlanta and a 66,000-square foot facility in Dallas, Saltbox’s Seattle location is the company’s first on the West Coast.

Located in the South of Downtown (SoDo) neighborhood, Saltbox offers more than 31,000 square feet and 49 warehouse suites. The new space will include conference rooms, flexible office space and a photo studio.

“Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood is in a region that has become an incubator for D2C companies in all categories and creative entrepreneurs,” said Tyler Scriven, Saltbox CEO and co-founder. “This expansion is strategic for our business’s growth and for the growth of future Saltbox members that may need logistical solutions in multiple cities across the country.”

Created by co-founders Scriven, Maxwell Bonnie and Paul D’Arrigo, Saltbox opened its first facility in Atlanta in November 2019.
