Salt Completes Initial Phases of $100M Ultra-Lux MF in SLC

Salt Development completed the first two phases of the $100-million, 493-unit 4th West Apartments, an ultra-luxury multifamily community in Downtown Salt Lake City. The first two phases consist of 373 units, common areas and most amenities, which are available for immediate occupancy. Phase three includes 120 units, and is slated to be completed in Q3 2017.

Comprised of five pods, the five-story brick structure is situated at 255 North 400 West. All units feature 1G, NEST controls, gas ranges, up-graded stainless appliances, washers and dryers, built-in closets and large decks. 4th West Apartments will feature 73 studio units, 256 one-bedrooms and 164 two bedrooms.

The community features such resort-style amenities as a barrel-roofed SkyLounge, zero edge Olympic swimming pool, two heated spas, sundeck with cabanas, large kitchen/bar and rentable event space, as well as a health club, business center sports club and bike shop.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
