Salesforce Takes 500K SF, Naming Rights at New Hines Tower

Salesforce, which already has put its name on a Hines tower in San Francisco, will now do the same in Chicago. The CRM provider will lease 500,0000 square feet to anchor what is now known as Salesforce Tower Chicago, in the third phase of the Pelli Clarke Pelli-designed Wolf Point master plan, which Hines is developing with the Joseph P. Kennedy Family.

Salesforces Tower Chicago will rise 60 stories at 333 W. Wolf Point Plaza Dr., at the confluence of the Chicago River’s three branches. It’s scheduled for completion in 2023. The Wolf Point master plan also includes two luxury apartment towers and a 2.5-acre park.

“This will be our third partnership with Salesforce and Pelli Clarke Pelli,” said Hines Midwest Region CEO Kevin Shannahan. “We are thrilled to bring this relationship to Chicago after the success of Salesforce Tower and the recently-announced Parcel F project in San Francisco.”
