Salesforce Could Lease up to 400K SF at Indianapolis’ Chase Tower

Salesforce Inc. is planning to expand in Indianapolis with a large central business district lease at Chase Tower on Monument Circle. The deal reportedly could involve a lease of up to 400,000 square feet, as well as naming rights. The 48-story, 1 million-square-foot Chase Tower offers the best views in the city, at one of the most desirable locations.

Media reports indicate the expansion could mean an additional 800 new jobs added to the local economy over the next several years. Salesforce already has a presence in Indianapolis. The San Francisco-based computing company acquired Indianapolis-based ExactTarget in 2013, expanding its employee base by 1,400 in the CBD.
