Sales Launch on Whole-Ownership Residences at Healdsburg Luxury Hotel

Sales launched Wednesday for 12 branded, whole-ownership residences within Alyvia Healdsburg, a forthcoming 53-room luxury hotel by Replay Destinations and Mayacama Hospitality Group, at the gateway to downtown Healdsburg. The residences are scheduled to break ground this spring and open in mid-2028.

“Alyvia Healdsburg writes the next chapter for Mill District and underscores our long-term commitment to completing the masterplan,” said Mike McCone, VP of development at Replay Destinations. “The Residences at Alyvia adds a limited number of residences to Mill District, which is defined by walkability, community and design excellence, all within the fabric of downtown.”

The Residences at Alyvia mark the next phase within the 10-acre Mill District enclave, following strong sales at Canopy, the community’s initial for-sale offering designed by Olson Kundig. Ownership at The Residences at Alyvia includes flexible short-term rental options without the typical 30-day minimum.
