Sales Launch at Eleven Hancock Condos in Harlem

Sales have commenced at Nortco Development’s Eleven Hancock in Harlem, a ground-up luxury condominium located at 11 Hancock Pl. just south of 125th Street near Morningside Park. Slated for completion in mid-2020, the 12-story building will comprise 71 condo units ranging from studio to four-bedrooms.

Asking prices at Eleven Hancock range from $585,000 to more than $2.8 million.

“There is a lot of pent-up demand for newly-built product in the area,” said Jeff Krantz, managing director of Halstead Development Marketing’s Krantz + Krantz Group, which is marketing the project.

“Eleven Hancock is a stand-out option for buyers seeking a gleaming new building located just one stop to Midtown on the express train.  It is close to many of Harlem’s best restaurants, shopping and entertainment.”
