Sales Launch at CIM and LIVWRK’s Brooklyn Condos

Sales have officially launched at Front & York, CIM Group and LIVWRK’s mixed-use development in Brooklyn’s DUMBO neighborhood. Front & York will bring one- to four-bedroom condominiums to the neighborhood, along with what CIM says is the first opportunity to live in a full-service, resort-style development there.

“Front & York is the first fully-amenitized, luxury residential experience in DUMBO, something the neighborhood has been waiting a long time for,” said Jason Schreiber, principal of CIM Group.

Designed by renowned architect Morris Adjmi, the two 21-story residential towers are framed by a scalloped superframe crafted in New York’s Hudson Valley, The towers have been set back from the property line, making space for 30-foot-wide, tree-lined sidewalks.

“DUMBO is a neighborhood that has been crafted by time, and Front & York has been designed to beautifully echo that history,” said Morris Adjmi, Principal of Morris Adjmi Architects.
