Sales Begin at 45 Park Place

Soho Properties has begun selling the new condominiums at 45 Park Place, in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan.

StreetEasy has five active listings at the 39-story tower, at an average price of $7.3 million, or $3,000 per square foot. Stribling Marketing Associates is directing the sales and marketing efforts for the property. Construction commenced at 45 Park Place in June 2016, and is expected to be completed in early 2019.

The residences at 45 Park Place offer exclusive amenities designed by Piero Lissoni, including a spacious double-height, 24-hour attended lobby and garden, and a luxurious 50-foot indoor pool.
