Sales have begun at 200 E. 21st St., a new, 21-story condominium tower in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood.

The 67 condominiums are also designed to appeal to buyers interested in living sustainably. The building earned a LEED Gold certification and includes a green roof, a green wall in the lobby, solar-power domestic water production system and many other features.
