San Francisco developer Wilson Meany and real estate investment firm Stockbridge Capital Group are kicking off sales at Yerba Buena Island, a project two decades in the making. Construction on the 266 residences has gained significant ground in the past year.

The residences are planned and designed to blend in with the topography of the island and take advantage of the sweeping views. A variety of residential offerings are available for sale within The Bristol, a six-story condominium building comprising 124 residences; The Townhomes single-family row houses with private entrances, The Courtyard Townhomes featuring private interior courtyards, and The Flats private single-floor residences.
