Saint Laurent to Open Flagship in Meatpacking District

Saint Laurent, the luxury clothing brand, is set to open a flagship store in the Meatpacking District at 70-74 Gansevoort Street. The brand signed a 15-year lease for 13,000 square feet of space across the ground, lower, and second floors of the building with Aurora Capital Associates and William Gottlieb Real Estate.

The store is expected to open in the second or third quarter of 2024. This new location will be one of the first Saint Laurent stores designed by creative director Anthony Vaccarello.

Jared Epstein and Jake Bank of Aurora handled the deal in-house. Mike O’Neill, Jason Greenstone and Taylor Reynolds of Cushman & Wakefield represented Saint Laurent. The Meatpacking District has become a luxury shopping hub, with other high-fashion brands like Hermès, Brunello Cucinelli, Loro Piana, and Gucci.
