SailPoint Technologies Inc. inked a deal with Brandywine Realty Trust to take down an entire building in northwest Austin’s Four Points Centre office complex. The cybersecurity software firm will be the sole tenant in the complex’s third building, which will total 165,000 square feet. Four Points Building III is under construction, and tenant move-in is scheduled for Q1 2019.

SailPoint will use its new space near Ranch-to-Market Roads 620 and 222 to consolidate from offices it is currently leasing in Four Points Building II (44,633 square feet) and the nearby Ladera Bend office complex, where it occupies 56,466 square feet. Rick Whiteley and Ted Doucet with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
