Sage Hospitality Launches Construction on 165-Key Denver Hotel

Sage Hospitality teamed with Walnut Development Partners and EXDO Development to begin construction on a new hotel in Denver’s River North Art District. The unnamed hotel, offering 165 rooms, will be at 3770 Walnut St., with completion scheduled in early 2021.

The building’s design is under direction of Shears Adkins Rockmore Architects, and was driven by the unique site configuration. Furthermore, the ownership group is wrapping the new building around an already existing structure, a 3,600-square-foot, four-bedroom historic home on the property. The house will be updated and available for guests to reserve.

The hotel will offer full kitchens in all rooms, and complimentary laundry services on each floor. Other amenities will include a 5,000-square-foot lobby and restaurant, a gear locker containing bikes, skateboards, scooters and cameras, a rooftop bar, two jacuzzi tubs, and green grass for yoga.
