HUD financing to the tune of $26.76 million was recently provided for Sadler House, a 240-unit luxury apartment complex located in San Marcos. The loan includes a green mortgage insurance premium reduction set at 25 basis points because Sadler House qualifies as a green/energy-efficient property.
Built between 2016 and 2018, the property is comprised of seven apartment buildings, seven garage buildings and one leasing office/clubhouse. Its amenities feature a fitness center, swimming pool, an enclosed dog park, outdoor courtyard and entertainment pavilion.
Sadler House is located in the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District near Rodriguez Elementary, Miller Middle School and San Marcos High School. The community is within walking distance to coffee shops, movie theaters and dining.
Dwight Capital’s Josh Hoffman and Alex Shoenfeld originated the HUD transaction.
