Sacramento-Area Senior Living Facility Trades for $31M
MBK Senior Living acquired Almond Heights, a 117-unit assisted living and memory care community in Orangevale, CA for a reported $31 million. Located roughly 17 miles northeast of Sacramento, the property has a mix of 85 assisted living units and 32 memory care units.
MBK Senior Living’s Jeff Fischer says, “This strategic acquisition further enriches the quality and size of MBK Senior Living’s portfolio and our commitment to expand in key markets.”
The acquisition boosts the company’s portfolio to 34 senior living communities throughout the Western United States.
IPA’s Mark Myers and Joshua Jandris handled the sale on behalf of an undisclosed Northwest family company. The pair also procured the buyer. Myers says, “Opened in September 2015, Almond Heights is a Class A facility that stabilized quickly and demonstrated strong occupancy and cash flow.”
