Sachse $500M Project Nears Completion

PMB Capital Investments is close to wrapping up The Station, a project with more than 1,000 residential units and a variety of retail and dining options. The 134-acre development is located along the President George Bush Turnpike, between Miles Road and Merritt Road in Sachse.

The Dallas Business Journal reports about 90% of the community’s multifamily units are already leased and 275 homes are completed and occupied. Ashton Woods is responsible for the single-family component. The development also boasts 35,000 square feet of retail space, with tenants including The Brass Tap, Manny’s Tex-Mex, Pho Station, Cold Stone Creamery and Cane Rosso Pizza. Another 2,500 square feet of restaurant space is available for lease, along with land that could accommodate future corporate offices.

Several new businesses, including Starbucks, Chipotle, and 7-Eleven, are scheduled to open in early 2025. Once fully complete, the development will feature roughly 400,000 square feet of commercial and retail amenities. The development will also include a 60-acre park with an amphitheater and water feature.
