SAC Health has acquired the former regional headquarters of Wells Fargo in San Bernardino, CA

SAC Health Expands to 12 Locations with San Bernardino Acquisition

SAC Health, a community-based health center, completed the $35,250,000 purchase of the former Wells Fargo regional headquarters building located at 1003 E. Brier in San Bernardino, CA. The newly acquired building will become part of the network of SAC Health campuses and clinics and will be its 12th location.

Renovations are set to start in the coming months to ensure that the space is appropriately converted for medical use, while extensive planning continues to determine the services that will be offered at the future SAC Health – Brier Campus. Opening is tentatively planned for 2025.

“It was fortuitous we became aware that the property was available for acquisition at the time SAC Health was looking to expand,” said Lon Mapes, president of LDM Commercial, who represented SAC Health in the acquisition. “The location offers excellent access for patients in the region.”

Colliers vice chairman Sean Fulp represented the seller.
