Sabre Springs and I-15 Corridor Are Positioned as Next Path of Progress

Sabre Springs Corporate Center, a 102,375-square-foot two building class-A office campus in San Diego, recently sold to Menlo Equities, according to Newmark. The price was undisclosed.

Newmark’s Brunson Howard, Kevin Shannon, Paul Jones and Ken White represented the seller, Kilroy Realty Corporation.

“Sabre Springs and the I-15 corridor are ideally positioned as the next path of progress to accommodate the continued explosive growth of tech and life science companies here in San Diego,” said Howard. “The existing real estate, highly educated workforce and proximity to the mid-cities make the I-15 corridor a clear standout for both tenants and investors and this transaction is representative of that dynamic.”

The two-building Sabre Springs Corporate Center is a class-A office property located at 13280 and 13290 Evening Creek Dr.

“The San Diego suburban office markets are thriving from a fundamental perspective because of the tech and life science engines,” says Shannon. “This has led to substantial appreciation in asset valuations compared to pre-COVID-19 levels.”
