Sabra Health Care Relocates HQ to New Tustin Creative Office
Cushman & Wakefield has represented tenant Sabra Health Care REIT in the company’s lease for a new corporate headquarters in Tustin, CA. The 13,000-square-foot space is located at Lincoln Property Company’s new FLIGHT at Tustin Legacy mixed-use campus at 1781 Flight Way.
“Sabra is relocating its corporate headquarters to a creative office location to better suit its culture as a leading health care REIT. The company’s decision to relocate to FLIGHT was primarily driven by the project’s environmental sustainability and worker-friendly elements,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Luke Napolitano who represented Sabra along with the firm’s Chon Kantikovit and Justin Cassel.
As a health care REIT, Sabra, which is moving from its current HQ in Irvine, CA, owns and invests in healthcare real estate throughout North America, and is one of the largest publicly traded companies based in Orange County. The company expects to occupy its newly designed space late this year.
