Sabal Grows Lending Team with Wave of New Hires
Irvine, CA-based Sabal Capital Partners, LLC expanded its lending team with the addition of eight executives. The first three joined Sabal’s Commercial Real Estate Lending team and include:
Patrick Nizich, ,managing director in Seattle, who will help lead lending operations in the Northwest. Previous career stops include at Dexia, Red Mortgage Capital, Freedom Commercial Mortgage and Greystone Servicing.
Benjamin Kilgore, managing director in New York, who will help manage and lead the loan program. He most recently held an originations position with Morgan Stanley in New York.
Alexander Paroda, vice president in New York, who will oversee CMBS transactions. Paroda most recently served in a valuation and capital advisory role at Cushman & Wakefield.
Sabal also added five new team members supporting the firm’s agency-focused small balance lending programs. They include: Juan Aragon, Daniel Greenberg, Thomas Woolsey, Jack Adler and Timothy Maloney.
