Saatva Inks New Store Lease in Flatiron District

Saatva, an e-commerce company specializing in luxury mattresses, signs a new store lease at 893 Broadway in downtown Manhattan. The 6,700-square-foot lease will occupy the ground, mezzanine and lower level. The Flatiron location will be Saatva’s second store in Manhattan, joining the flagship shop at 969 Third Avenue.

“As a brand born in New York, we could not be more delighted to open a new location in our hometown,” said Ron Rudzin, founder and CEO of Saatva. “Historically, the Flatiron has been a crossroads for innovative design and commerce, and we are excited to bring to the neighborhood an immersive shopping experience devoted to healthy, quality sleep and sustainable home furnishings.”

Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord RCLCO in the transaction with a team led by Sean Moran, Chris Schwart and Steven Soutendijk. CBRE’s Greg Covey and Joseph Hudson represented the tenant.
