S.L. Nusbaum Brokers $16M Sale of Virginia Beach Office Portfolio

S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. has brokered the $15.7 million sale of a three-property office portfolio in Virginia Beach.

The properties include buildings Four, Five and Six within Pembroke Office Park and total 167,660 square feet of Class B office space. Pembroke Office Park is a 300,000-square-foot office park with five multi-tenant office buildings. The property is nearby Town Center of Virginia Beach, a 25-acre lifestyle center in the city’s downtown district.

Stephanie Sanker and Sam Rapoport of S.L. Nusbaum Realty represented the seller, Suburban Capital, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed. The buyer has tapped S.L. Nusbaum to provide leasing and management services for the property.
