Resia finished the 420-unit Resia Golden Glades at 15955 NW 6th Ave. Miami, FL 33169, in Biscayne Gardens, utilizing a combination of modular bathrooms and kitchens with standard site-built construction. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the company’s manufacturing facility in Georgia created the bathrooms and kitchens with electrical and plumbing. They were trucked down and installed into the four five-story buildings. The rest of the apartment complex was built on site. The company says the process saves time and produces less waste.

Resia broke ground on the 7.11-acre site in May 2024 after obtaining a $71 million construction loan. It acquired the site for $12 million in 2021.

Resia Manufacturing will soon offer its modular bathroom and kitchen work to third-party developers in both residential and hospitality.

The units in Resia Golden Glades range from 609 to 1,024 square feet, and the asking rent ranges from $2,115 to $3,941. Amenities include a pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse and a playground.
