RZO Renews at Renovated Tower of Rockstars

Music industry giant RZO has leased the entire 23rd floor, totaling 12,600 square feet, at 250 W. 57th St. RZO will relocate from a lower floor in the building.

“We are delighted to extend our relationship with RZO at 250 West 57th, which has been completely transformed by a new Gensler-designed lobby with one-of-a-kind ceiling art, new streetscape and modernized for the 21st Century,” said Thomas P. Durels for building owner Empire State Realty Trust.

RZO manages superstars including The Rolling Stones, U2, Sting, the estate of John Lennon, Shania Twain and David Byrne. RZO’s fellow tenants in the tower include ASCAP, Universal Music Group and ML Management.

Keith Cody represented ESRT in the transaction, along with Harry Blair, Sean Kearns and Heather Thomas of Cushman & Wakefield.
