Ryan Severino Joins Fordham RE’s Adjunct Faculty
Ryan Severino, chief economist at JLL, will join the Fordham Real Estate Institute graduate adjunct faculty staff this fall. He will be teaching classes in Real Estate Risk and Portfolio Management.
In his role at JLL, Severino is responsible for global and regional economic research, analysis and forecasting, as well as property market forecasting. He previously served as senior economist and director of research at Reis, as well as associate director of research at MetLife Real Estate Investments.
Before joining MetLife, Severino served as the director of investment strategy and market research at Starwood Capital Group. He has also held research positions at Prudential Real Estate Investors and UBS.
