Ryan Promotes Eric Nordeen to President, Great Lakes Region

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has promoted Eric Nordeen to president of the Great Lakes region, succeeding Jim McDonald, who is transitioning to divisional president. Based in Chicago, Nordeen will oversee all real estate development and construction in the six-state area that comprises the company’s Great Lakes region.

“In Eric’s short time at Ryan, he has made a huge impact with his strong leadership skills and the relationships he’s established,” said McDonald. “The Great Lakes region has experienced solid growth over the last several years and I’m thrilled to continue working with Eric as he moves the region forward.””

Nordeen joined Ryan as VP of real estate development in September 2021 with more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and capital markets. Prior to Ryan, Nordeen was principal of Ascendant Holdings, a company he co-founded in early 2010.
