Ryan Moves Forward on $67M Carlsbad Development
Ryan Companies US, Inc. acquired a 25.9-acre site in Carlsbad, CA with plans to develop the $67-million Pacific Vista Commerce Center in a JV with Deutsche Asset Management. The 411,000-square-foot, three-building, state-of-the-art logistics/distribution center will be located in the heart of San Diego’s North County. McLaughlin Industrial Partners is serving as a co-developer.
The Minneapolis, MN-based developer anticipates delivery of Pacific Vista Commerce Center during the summer of 2018. The site, sold by Techbilt Construction Corp., is lot 23 of The Carlsbad Oaks North Business Park, which was master-planned and developed by the Techbilt Companies.
Designed with completely segregated vehicular and trucking access points, the project offers a high ratio of dock high loading capability, 32-foot minimum clear heights, ESFR, expansive high-image glass-lines and a .9 Megawatt photovoltaic rooftop solar system.
The property is being marketed by Cushman & Wakefield’s Dennis Visser and Colliers International’s Ted Cuthbert.
