Ryan Kasten Assumes Top Role at C&W Austin/San Antonio

Cushman & Wakefield recently promoted Ryan Kasten to managing principal of the firm’s Austin and San Antonio offices. Former managing principal Spencer Hayes will remain with the firm and transition to focus on his brokerage practice.

“Austin and San Antonio are two important markets for our firm, and it was critical we identify a strong leader to further grow our business and elevate our platform,” said John O’Neill, president of Cushman & Wakefield’s central region. “Ryan has established himself as a proven and respected leader within Cushman & Wakefield, and he understands the importance of culture and incorporating the Cushman Way in everything we do. He will be an excellent leader for these markets.”

Kasten launched his real estate career at Oxford Commercial 15 years ago prior to the merger with Cushman & Wakefield in 2016.

Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
