Ryan Delivers 534K-SF Poway Development Pre-Leased to Amazon
Ryan Companies US, Inc., along with JV partner DWS, completed development on Vantage Point, a 533,950-square-foot infill logistics and distribution facility in Poway. The two-building project sits within South Poway Business Park, and though was initiated as a spec project, delivered pre-leased. During construction Amazon reportedly signed a long-term lease for both buildings at 14500 Kirkham Way and 14400 Kirkham Way.
Ryan Companies’ Chris Wood says, “We were very excited to pre-lease the entire project during construction. Our state-of-the-art design, modern amenities and central location generated a substantial amount of tenant interest in the early stages of construction—ensuring that Vantage Point will remain among the top industrial projects in San Diego County for decades to come.”
Vantage Point features 36-foot minimum clear heights, 180-foot concrete common truck courts, 113 dock-high loading doors, 12 grade level ramps and an ESFR fire suppression system. Amenities include six electric vehicle charging stations, 6,700 square feet of outdoor amenity space and a bocce ball court.
