Ryan Cos. Completes Luxury Senior Living Community Near Portland

Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Cogir Senior Living hosted the grand opening of Cogir of Tigard, a resort-style senior living community with 107 independent, assisted living, and memory care residences.

Located at 9244 Southwest Oak Street, nine miles from Portland, the three-story community features a variety of amenities including several dining venues, salon, fitness center, library, theater, and activity rooms. An art room is also available to residents, as well as a community dog park and putting green.

Serving as the builder of Cogir of Tigard, Ryan has also constructed more than 60 senior living communities nationwide and developed 35 communities within that portfolio. Cogir of Tigard marks Ryan’s third senior living community built in the Northwest region.

“We are thrilled to welcome residents to Cogir of Tigard, marking the successful completion of Ryan’s first senior living project in Oregon,” said Julie Ferguson, executive vice president, senior living, Ryan Companies.
