Ryan Cos. Completes Development of Three Healthcare Facilities

The Great Lakes region of Ryan Companies US Inc. recently completed the development of three new healthcare facilities in the Midwest. They include Edward-Elmhurst Health Center in Woodridge, IL; U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in West Indianapolis, IN; and Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Community Hospital in Mequon, WI.

“Our healthcare clients have been adding new outpatient clinics and community hospitals at a faster pace in the last two years to meet the demand for more accessible high-quality care at a lower cost to patients,” said Curt Pascoe, director of real estate development at Ryan. “These three projects are representative of the fast-growing ambulatory segment of the healthcare industry. Changes to insurance reimbursements and consumer demand for a convenient healthcare experience are also driving growth of facilities delivering outpatient services.”

Ryan completed 15 healthcare projects across the U.S. in 2021.
