Ryan Companies Unveils Plan for St. Paul’s Ford Site
Ryan Companies unveiled its concept for the City of Saint Paul’s Ford Site Master Plan in a neighborhood presentation earlier this week, following numerous meetings with neighborhood groups. Ford awarded Ryan development rights to the 122-acre site in June.
Along with office and retail, the project will encompass a variety of housing types, ranging from single-family to market-rate rentals and senior living facilities. It will also incorporate 50 acres of open and public space, including Little League ballfields.
“We believe we have struck the right balance of housing types, open space, amenities, shops, affordability and yes, ballfields,” said Ryan Companies’ Mike Ryan. “Neighborhoods like this are very rare, and I can’t imagine a location in the state where a new resident would rather live.”
Ryan will submit its plan to Saint Paul’s city council for master site approval. Infrastructure work is expected to begin in fall 2019.
